At Ishopkarachi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes exceeding 50%
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been altered or modified
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at returns@Ishopkarachi.pk or call +92 300 1234567 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Step 3: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 4: Pack your item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Step 5: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The return is due to an error on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return.
- Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Options
You may choose one of the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: Refund to the credit/debit card, JazzCash, or Easypaisa account used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Receive store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases.
- Exchange: Exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal or lesser value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color:
- Subject to availability
- If the requested item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid
- If the requested item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded
- Exchanges follow the same return process as outlined above
Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day window may be subject to:
- A restocking fee of 15%
- Store credit only (no cash refund)
- Denial of return at our discretion
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships:
- Contact us immediately at orders@Ishopkarachi.pk
- If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive it
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are subject to the following conditions:
- Regular sale items (up to 30% off): Standard return policy applies
- Major sale items (31-50% off): Exchange or store credit only
- Clearance items (over 50% off): Final sale, no returns or exchanges
